Where we deliver
We deliver across Europe, to EU and non-EU countries, and the checkout accepts addresses throughout Europe.
Fuel is dangerous goods and every country handles it a little differently. For full pallets, remote addresses or anything unusual, write to info@rallyfuels.com before you order and we will confirm the delivery with you.
How long it takes
Items we hold in stock leave the warehouse within two to three working days of your payment clearing,
and the transit time after that depends on the destination country and the carrier.
Items marked to order are brought in for you. We confirm the date with you before you pay,
and we do not take your money for something we cannot deliver.
Dangerous goods cannot travel by air and cannot be left at an address without a signature, so
next-day delivery is not available for fuels, additives or aerosols.
Delivery charges
The charge is calculated in the cart once you enter a delivery address, and is shown in full before
you pay. Fuels, additives, aerosols and cleaning products carry a dangerous-goods surcharge, because they
have to travel with a licensed carrier, correct labelling and transport documents.
Pallets and access
Drums of 53 l and 204 l ship on pallets. Please make sure someone at the delivery address can
take a pallet off a tail-lift. Tell us in the order notes if the road is narrow, the site has restricted
hours, or there is no forklift — it costs nothing to say in advance and a lot to discover on the day.
Delivery to a circuit or event
For series listed under Events, you order per round on the round page, with your team name and class. We deliver the fuel to the paddock at that circuit, so no shipping address is needed and delivery is included in the event price.
Portimão: drums are handed over at the VP fuel point in the Portimão paddock.
6 Hours of Portimão: GT entries can also order fuel by the litre, paid in advance for the quantity declared when ordering. It is dispensed from the VP tanker in the paddock during the test days (2–3 February) and the race weekend. Drums are handed over at the VP fuel point as usual.
Your order confirmation gives the name and mobile number of our paddock contact — call or message them for anything on site. Ordering closes 14 days before the first session, test days included, at 18:00 CET. For events not listed in the shop, ask us for an event quote.
When your order arrives
Check the number of packages and their condition before you sign. If anything is damaged or missing,
write it on the carrier’s paperwork and tell us within three working days, with photographs. A clean
signature on a damaged pallet makes a claim against the carrier very hard to win.
Tracking
You get a confirmation when your order is placed, and another when it leaves the warehouse with
tracking where the carrier provides it. If nothing has arrived by the date we gave you, write to
info@rallyfuels.com.
