VP MGP R REG is the next generation of VP’s MGP motorcycle fuel, an unleaded blend designed to push the limits within the FIM fuel regulations. It offers improved detonation protection compared with MGP and is certified by the FIM’s official laboratory. VP MGP R REG was chosen as the spec fuel for MotoAmerica starting in 2024.
Its octane figures are RON 102.0 and MON 90.0, for an (R+M)/2 value of 96.0. Oxygen content is 2.7% by weight. Specific gravity is 0.738, RVP is 6.96 psi and the stoichiometric A/F ratio is 14.18. It is unleaded and colourless. It is only lightly oxygenated, which keeps fuelling close to that of a conventional unleaded fuel.
The 53-litre drum suits a busy race weekend or a small team that wants more than a single container. Orders are dispatched from our European warehouse for delivery within the EU, and delivery to the paddock can be arranged at events we attend.
